An acknowledgment of your booking request will be sent via email or phone call within 48 hours of receiving your request. Please check your email regularly. Payment must be received within 72 hours of booking confirmation unless otherwise arranged with us, the agent. Failure to make payment within this time frame will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. We are not liable for losses incurred due to automatic cancellation or email delivery failure.
Passport, visa, and health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travelers. Passports are required for all travelers departing Australia. Permanent residents traveling on a foreign passport must hold an Australian Re-entry Visa. Many countries require foreign nationals to have a passport with at least six months’ validity when entering. We will provide information based on the details you provide in the booking form or booking engine. However, this information, along with other related information provided by the Agent and any links within the site, should be treated as guidelines only. Ensuring documentation is correct is the sole responsibility of the individual traveler. Posting or couriering of travel documentation is your responsibility. The agent will not be held responsible for tickets lost by a third party, and any charges associated with reissuing and resending documentation will be at your expense.

It is advisable that all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover cancellation or amendment fees and provide adequate medical coverage.
